Two crunch meetings were held at Inter Milan’s Appiano Gentile HQ on Tuesday.
In the aftermath of defeat to Juventus, Inter management called in coach Simone Inzaghi for crisis talks.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Inzaghi was warned by Inter GM Beppe Marotta that results needed to improve. It was also made clear their dissatisfaction over Inter’s poor form away from home.
Inzaghi also held talks with the squad before their training session.
The coach demanded an improvement in focus and concentration, while also asking for better defending against set-pieces.
