Everton keen to sign Wolves defender Coady permanently

Everton are keen to sign Conor Coady permanently in the summer.

The Toffees have the Wolves star on loan for the rest of this season.

The 29-year-old has made a big impression in a short space of time on manager Frank Lampard.

Everton can sign Coady at any time this term for a fee of around £12 million, per respected journalist Ekrem Konur.

The England international is excellent in a three-centre-back formation, which is what manager Lampard is hoping can help his side become more solid at the back.

The Toffees’ most recent display was a gritty 1-0 win over West Ham United before the international break.
