Burnley goalkeeper Patrik Gunnarsson has been sold to Norway’s Viking Stavanger.
Gunnarsson joins Viking on a contract to 2025.
Burnley director of football Phil Giles said: “On behalf of everyone in Brentford, I would like to thank Patrik for his contribution over the past few years. He is a product of the b-team, and although he has not got as many minutes for us as he would have liked, he has continued to develop himself, even in his recent loans.
“We now feel that it is time for Patrik to build on these loans and get to play seriously, and therefore we have said yes to the transfer.
“We wish him every success in his future career.”
