Chelsea striker Broja impressing Potter and staff in training

Chelsea striker Armando Broja has impressed manager Graham Potter and his staff in training.

The Sun says the young striker has made a big impression in training and new Blues manager Potter may put him in the starting XI soon despite the summer arrival of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The ex-Brighton boss started Aubameyang in his first game in charge versus Salzburg in the Champions League but took him off for Broja after 66 minutes.

Potter is never scared to back his judgement and insiders have revealed he is raving about Broja’s potential and ability to fit into his system.

He may want to implement a pressing system which is one of Broja’s strengths.

The 21-year-old was loaned out to Southampton last year and impressed netting nine times for the club.
