Brighton defender Levi Colwill admits there has been “a lot to take” in during his first few months at the club.
The Chelsea man signed for the Albion in the summer, but saw manager Graham Potter soon depart for the Blues.
Now managed by Roberto De Zerbi, Colwill is hoping that Albion can continue their great start to the Premier League season after the World Cup.
He said, per The Argus: “It’s been tough but I’ve enjoyed every minute. He (Roberto De Zerbi) gave me my chance today which I am grateful for.
“Learning new playing styles, a new manager coming in, things like that.
“But it’s going to help me in the future so I can’t complain.
“Once you get your head around it, it helps a lot more because it helps you understand why he does it and how it works.
“You’ve got to respect it.”
