Arsenal Under-21s put in an emphatic display against Chelsea’s Under-21s during the Papa John’s Trophy.
The Gunners’ youth stars were in action at the Emirates Stadium in midweek, bursting past the Blues and booking a place in the quarter-finals of the competition.
Chelsea had an early chance in the game through Lewis Baker, but James Olayinka was the one who opened the scoring for Arsenal.
The young Blues were then down to ten men, with Xavier Mbuyamba getting a red card.
Despite the setback, they equalised through Jayden Wareham.
However, Arsenal had too much firepower, and eventually won by three clear goals.
